Heritage Impact Assessment fulfilling conditions of Planning Permission 00981/FUL and Listed Building Consent 16/00983/LBC. Structurally unsound historic wall removed, originally intended to form part of the new orangery. New design required Heristage Impact Assement Report. Existing cloakroom window to be removed and an opening formed into the orangery extension. (2)
