Early C18, designed by and built for Sir Thomas Parkyns. (2)
Most of Sir Thomas' buildings were erected in the early C18 - Bunny Hall, Rancliffe Farm and others in Bradmore, Highfields in Costock - so early C18 is the more likely date of the two. (3)
