Full Description

House. Ashlar plaque inscribed "NTA 1754". (1)
Constructed in 1751 as a high status, mid-C18 farmhouse. A large two-storey house with a wide symmetrical elevation to the east. The doorway is centrally placed and finished with a fanlight and hood. The exterior elevations are rendered under a slate roof. Setting: The setting demonstrates the continued nucleation of the village in the post-medieval period. (2)
