Full Description

The most important house in the village, and very attractive. Earliest part late C17 or early C18. Considerable late C18 alterations and additions. An excellent open-well staircase with turned balusters, late C17 or early C18. Late C18 wood and marble fireplace surrounds etc. (1)
Small country house. Early C18 with late C18 and C19 alterations and additions. Said to [have] be[en] built for Beaumont Parkyns. (2)
