Full Description

Berry Hill Lane … on the S side is Berry Hill Hall (Miners' Rehabilitation Centre). [An] early C19 building with a pediment feature on the main front. Recent additions. (1)
Named 'Berry hill Hall'. (2)
Country house. Early C18, with large scale additions for William Bilbie c.1770, and further additions C19 and mid C20. South wing, early C19 with late C19 additions. (3)
Pevsner's "main front" is the south wing, which is indeed early C19 in date. (4)
Berry Hill. The late Mr. Bilbie … greatly improved the house and grounds. (5)
