Full Description
Linby Hall … On one side a plain gabled dovecote … on the other a matching brewhouse. In the farm buildings the remains of a water driven farm-wheel used to power a number of operations: sawing, grinding, milling. Hall Farmhouse. Late medieval in origin, it is one wing and all that remains of the early manor (Linby Hall). (1)
