Estimated felling date [for] main house, 1440-41. Roof timbers, ca. 1715. Fireplace Bressummer c. 1510(2)
12 cores samples taken produced a felling date for the timber of the main house of 1440/41, the Fireplace bressumer of 1510 and the roof timbers of c.1715. (2)
I assume that the listing date corresponds with the apparent reroofing of c.1715. (3)
