Early to mid C19. (1)
Also known as 2 Grovewood Road, Misterton. The former stable at the rear of 2 Grovewood Rd was surveyed and photographically recorded in advance of development. The house and outbuildings appear to have evolved in four phases between the late C18 and the second half of the C20. The stable was not regarded as of special historical interest or architectural merit. (2)
