Full Description
A plain and much altered late C18 or early C19 stuccoed house. Original staircase. (1)
House. Early C19. (2)
Watching brief during alterations and extensions revealed two wells and foundations of former coal house/WC and a large outbuilding, presumably the laundry. The dairy, of C19 brick, had serious settlement cracks and was demolished and rebuilt as replica on new foundations. In the shrubbery exploration encountered the floor of what was probably a summer house 24m N of the Hall. (3)
