Large farmhouse and associated barn range, 18th Century, site historically associated with Fretwell Family (see 1777 Enclosure Map); red brick with pantile roofs; farmhouse has 3 storey main façade, rubbed brick voissoirs, stone cills, tumbling-in on gables, brick gable- stacks, some timber joinery, two storey section on rear, dentilated eaves; main barn range includes stables/animal shed and threshing barn, two storeys, brick arches, brick ventilators, timber joinery throughout, eaves dentilation, single storey addition to north; single storey outbuilding to south.
