Methodist church … in the free-style Gothic favoured by the Nonconformists at the turn of the century. (1)
Methodist Church, c.1899-1907. (2)
Submitted plans signed 'J. E. Goodacre … 4 Stockwell Gate, Mansfield'. However, the chapel as built differs greatly from these plans, which show a façade composed of five lancet lights above a central porch; a similar west tower but no east porch. (3)
