17th century cottage with 18th century alterations and additions, two storeys, red brick, pantile roof, L-plan, timber casements; original 17th century section has elements of internal timber frame, with 18th century brick face in Flemish bond, first floor band, early rubbed brick arch on north side, inserted brick stack; addition to south has Flemish stretcher bond brickwork, brick arches, brick gable stack; rear barn element with brick arches, timber joinery.
