Early C19. Modern shop window. (1)
The Primitive Methodists built their first chapel in 1842 in Queen Street. A site [for] a more spacious chapel … was obtained … and on 27 April 1886 … Mr. C. G. S. Foljambe laid the foundation stone. (2)
Ashlar, Welsh slated roof tall 2to3-storey property, with modern shop front to ground floor, first floor elevation broken by 3 tall centrally positioned windows, staggered sashes, of 9 pane to top (central row of 3no.panes taller) with 6no. panes followed by 6no. panes, flush surrounds and protruding sills, protruding eaves band and stone to roof apex forms a stylised pediment detail, deep quoins to east side elevation rest of elevation constructed in brickwork, elevation to west and rear rendered. Rear has 2no. lower 10 pane windows and ground floor entrance door, rear has range of smaller paned windows. (3)
