C18, much altered. (1)
Locally listed by MDC on 01.05.2004. Red brick (previously stuccoed) Welsh slate roof with modillioned cornice and pediment. 3 stories, 2 bays, 2 sash windows on 1st floor (six over six) and a further 2 on the 2nd floor (3 over 3). Edwardian shop front with canted fascia and shopfront window with leaded overlights. (2)
