Delisted March 1994.

Locally Listed by MDC. Of coursed local stone, concrete tile roof. Three stories, eaves raised from a level similar to No. 57. Two ashlar window surrounds on each floor, each with timber sash 6 over 6 glazing bar windows (reinstated 2006) Modern brick shopfront, much interior alteration. Ashlar quoins on right end similar to those on left end of number 57. Brick gable stack. (2)
