The Market Place … In the middle a Gothic monument to Lord George Bentinck, designed by Hine and erected in 1849. (1)
The Bentinck monument … erected in 1849 to the memory of Lord George Bentinck MP, has been restored by the Corporation, with the help of the Civic Society. (2)
