Submitted 01/05/1909. Rebuilding of 'Horse and Jockey' Public House. F. P. Cook for Hole & Co. (1)
2-storey, stone structure, hipped/gabled roofs with inner pitched roofs to form corner cantered aspect, slate roof, non-visible from street scene, decorative lower cornice with semi-circular open pediment with decorative motif to cantered bay with 3-light million and transom arched window under and stone bands and arched hood moulding, range of windows to 1st floor, 6/6 sashes with curved hood moulding and 2nd floor single/single and 6/6 sashes with protruding sills, plain open semi-circular pediment to side entrance, under taller 12 paned casement, under bracketed dentine semi-circular pediment, plain curved fanlight to double panelled entrance door.
