Pond Farm and Willoughby Farm are given the single name of 'Willoughby' on Sanderson's Map (1) and the County Series (2).

Brick-built under a gabled roof with gables end stacks. Historic extensions to the rear (road side). Replacement concrete tile roof to main building. Visibility not good from the road (3)
