Full Description

Appears on the OS 25 Inch map surveyed in 1883. (1)
Identified in 1968 Nottingham University Student Survey of Historic Buildings when It had a tile roof with chimney stack. A porch and side extension are also visible. (2)
The original Holly House is said to have been thatched and demolished and replaced in the 1970's or 80's by the existing house (Local comment 2022).
