Full Description

Cartographoc sources show a building in this location as early as the late 18th century (1779 Enclosure map), though stylistic dating would suggest an earlier date. Brick-built house with a symmetrical façade, comprising central door flanked by brick mullioned windows under brick hoodmoulds. Upper storey has two-light casements with decorative brickwork surrounds also under brick hoodmoulds within tiled gablet roofs. The roof is pantile with two gable end stacks with decorative brickwork. Front elevation has scar of former porch (taller and narrower than existing porch) (2009 Street View image observed 2020, JEB NCC).
Appears on Sanderson, 1835. (1)
