Identfied in Conservation Area Appraisal. (1)
Vernacular cottage with Lias and handmade brick walls, thatched roof replaced with pantiles in 1953 and modern single-storey extension added in 1980’s. Evidence of pre-1550 timber framing internally. The oldest part of the building is a two-bay, brick and stone, two-storey structure with a pantile roof. A single storey, three-bay brick and pantile modern extension lies immediately to the west.
