Two-storey rendered house with clay pantile gable roof. Rear extension has hipped roof at front & gable at rear, single-storey extension on west side. Dentilated eaves, rise & fall brackets on front elevation. Replacement wood casement windows. Original boundary wall previously incorporated the, now public, green-space to the east. (1)
