Street view 2016 shows bay windows have been removed and two skylights added since the 1968 student survey. (1)
Formerly one double-fronted dwelling with central door flanked by bay windows with gable end stacks. Brick-built under a gabled pantile roof. (2)
Appears on Sanderson's map of 1835 (3)
1968 Student Survey identified this building as 'The Cottage', not to be confused with the building called 'The Cottage' behind and further up New Hill. (4)
