Full Description
Named 'West Hill' on Sanderson (1), but named 'Dale Close' on County Series (2).
2-storey, coursed stone building with slate roof with stone ridge stack, bracketed overhang eaves, 6/6 stone surround sashes to upper storey and 6/9 stone surround sashes to ground floor, balanced, with central hipped roof bracketed portico with Doric column supports on stone pedestals. Building ranges are square plan building with hipped outer roof to north, west, south sides with and further complete hipped roof to east side, with flat centre which contains a roof lantern, to east is a connected flat roof structure with a further hipped roof structure attached to its east.
