Full Description

In 1821 a separate Sunday School was built; the first part of the present Stanhope Street block. Solidly constructed of local stone with a slate roof. (1)
Two storey, 5 bays, Mansfield stone with restored six over six sash windows. Gutted by fire but sensitively restored. South east elevation has door to left with three paned overlight, to right are two six over six sashes, right again a similar door and further right a similar sash. First floor has four six over six sashes. North east elevation has central door with four paned overlight flanked by six over six sashes. Again the first floor has 4 six over six sashes each with a six pane overlight. North west elevation has 4 six over six sashes on both the ground and first floors.
