The existing building at this location is predominately constructed from random coursed stone (during its original conversion and bringing back into use missing construction was infilled with brick to show where intervention has occurred), with stone quoin detailing, pantile shed/lean-to style roof with curved ridge tiles, brick arched timber 2light casement windows, and single light side window with straight stone lintels, with detailed sills, and 4-panelled doors (upper panels are glazed to north elevation). External metal straight flight stairs are situated to either side elevation of the property (north and south elevations). (1)
