Full Description

Rainwater heads dated '1933'. See Student Survey record.

Initially a hotel, the building changed to serve solely as a public house at an unknown time.

William Stones Ltd. And J Haslam and Sons.
Rebuilt on the old site and chemist's shop, the new building was originally known as the Unicorn Hotel in 1933.
The elevation to the street is in the Tudor style, with rubble stone facings, ashlar quoins, and stone mouldings of the period. (2)
