Full Description

Two-storey domestic building with rendered walls and blue slate gabled roof with blue clay ridge tiles. Ridge and gable-end rendered chimneys stacks with two clay pots to each. Timber casement windows with panelled central timber door (with modern timber gabled canopy) to front elevation. Stone or formed concrete cills. Rise and fall brackets with half-round guttering. Eaves flush with to walls with single first-floor gable end window to the west elevation. Ground and first-floor timber casement windows to the east elevation. Rear range is two-storey and rendered creating an ā€˜Lā€™ shaped plan. Rendered chimney stack with 2 clay pots to rear range. Stone boundary walls to front and west. Slate name plaque to front elevation reads 'Cosy Cottage' (1)
