1850s villa, built for George D’Arcy Clarke Esq, yellow brick with stone dressings and slate roof, full-height porch with rounded stone pediment above the first floor window and broken triangular pediment in the gable; Other key features include the brick window hoods, tall brick chimney stacks, timber glazed porch with lead roof, the full-height window openings on the east side and the roof dormers; 1880s additions for Captain Joshua Gladwin Jebb Esq visible on rear.
