Two-storey rendered house. Two ground-floor multi-pane timber sash windows and one ground-floor timber casement window, to road-facing elevations. Lean-to porch extension has panel door with overlight. Round window inserted above porch, first-floor timber sash windows and one timber replacement casement window. Pantile roof. Plan form shows central range with hipped roof and extensions to the NE and SE corners added at some point between 1888 and 1913. (1)
