Irregularly circular cropmark of ditch ? (1)
No explanation of the cropmark was gained in field investigation. The field is under grass and slopes unevenly to the S. According to the manager of Franderground Farm the field has been excessively disturbed by mining subsidence in the past 5 years, parts having sunk 5-10ft. Nothing of the marking is visible on the surface. (2)
