Appears on OS 25 Inch surveyed in 1883. (1)
Formerly a pair of two-storey cottages (now one dwelling). Gable-end to the road. Pantile roof with 2 gable end stacks and one ridge stack all with single chimney pot. Cottage to the road: West elevation has central door flanked by casement windows upper floor also has 2 casements, east elevation has door and 2 casement windows. Cottage furthest from the road: West elevation has door (now French doors) and 3 casement windows. East elevation has central door with flanking casements and 2 casements to the upper floor. All windows are multi-pane casements. (Observations from Street View 2011)(2)
