Full Description

The Old Bank (now municipal offices) by Chorley & Cannon, 1887, fiery red brick in the Waterhouse style. (1)
This is clearly the refronting of an older (Georgian?) building. This explains why 'The Old Bank' is inscribed in terracotta letters. (2)
