Named 'Lodge'. (1)
A lodge on the coach road to Clumber Park, of red brick with stone dressings. The neo-Tudor hoodmoulds complement anecdotal evidence of a coin dated 1837 found under the doorstep. At this time Smirke was the architect engaged on the house. (2)
