Full Description

Georgian in appearance. Built of Mansfield stone. Earlier work suggested by lower arch (possibly of brick) inside culvert. Road has been widened. Same styling and material as the remains of Field Mill (see M4049). (1)
Ogilby (1675) showed a wooden bridge in Mansfield on the road to Nottingham. (2)
