Full Description

It was proposed … that Mr. R. C. Clarke … be appointed architect to the Board. The motion found no seconder and on Mr. Bromley's name being put to the vote he was unanimously elected. (1)
The school was opened in 1883. The minutes make it clear that a Board meeting room was constructed as part of the first phase, which I would assume was contained in the school house. (2)
