Cliff House. (1) (2)
Built c. 1862. Standing in five acres of grounds on Shelford Road, overlooking the River Trent, the house possessed eight bedrooms, three reception rooms, a vinery and a lodge. Cliff House was eventually demolished to make way for modern housing on Oak Tree Avenue. (3)
