Full Description
Trenches consistent with probable settlement activity of IA date were recorded within the trenches both to the N and S of Glebe Farm. These consist predominantly of pits and post holes. IA occupation may extend as far N as Trench 02, where in addition to probable enclosure ditches a large pit was partially excavated producing substantial numbers of heat affected stone. (1)
