Full Description

In the E of the field, a ditch parallel to the E boundary, with an adjoining enclosure in the easternmost corner of the field - internal features visible. To the W, what appears to be a superceded stream course. Not described in Village Earthwork Survey. (1) (2)
Worksop and Roche Priories both had granges in Walkeringham, while Newstead held a manor house with chapel (4). The name "Grange Farm" suggests this earthwork is one of these properties, but so far it is unclear which one. (5)
