Two storey, one room deep exposed brick with 3 course brick skirt detail at first floor level. Decorative brick eaves detail and chimney stack at each gable end. Modern, single storey garage lean-to on south elevation. Timber framed casement windows with deep stone lintels and stone sills. Cast iron rainwater goods and close boarded timber front door.
