Full Description

Built in 1840 for local banker Thomas Spragging Godfrey. It was referred to as Balderton New Hall to avoid confusion from the Old Hall in the Village. The building was altered in the 1880's by William Bliss Sanders whos other works include Newark General Hospital and Northgate Brewery Offices.

The Hall became part of the Balderton Hospital site in 1930's as developed by Nottinghamshire County Council.
