Full Description

Plot 7 - a 2.05m wide, 1m deep pit which had removed some of the fill of the ditch (MNT26897). No artefactual remains. A possibly smaller pit was observed in the northern foundation trench… at least 1.8m long.
Plot 8 - a group of three post-holes or small pits were identified towards the northwest of the plot. The largest was 1.1m in diameter and 0.5m deep. A second group of three post-holes/pits was identified 2.8m south of the ditch. Unclear whether they had any association with the ditch or whether they represent a linear fence line. All believed to be associated with the working life of the farm. (1)
