Full Description

Cut into an alluvial deposit was a northwest-southeast aligned linear freature approximately 1.2m below ground level. This was 4m wide and 0.6m deep. May be natural in origin. However, it does run parallel to the River Devon and may have been a warping channel for irrigation or a boundary to the adjacent fields. (1)
