Octagonal red brick structure with facetted slate roof with a single doorway and two windows. Probably erected in the first half of the 19th century. The exterior walling had been rendered, occa-sionally grooved into to represent stonework. The walls are one brick thick and of English Garden Wall Bond. 2.28m wide and over 2.44m high at the walls’ highest point. At the time of the survey the roof and top courses of the walls had been destroyed by a falling tree. The door and door surround were still present. Comparable structure at Heydon Hall in Norfolk.
