Full Description

(Now demolished for retail park)
A small brick building (Structure 06 in TPAT report), originally detached but later joined to an adjacent building. This distinctive building has English Bond brickwork with blue and yellow brick detailing, a dog-tooth (cogged) upper string course and a plinth. It is 3 bays long with round-headed windows, and 1-2 bays deep with a doorway on the NW side. Now single storey with a flat roof. The brickwork about the string course is a later alteration. The detailing on this building is similar to that on the Malthouse which is dated to 1864. (1)
