Full Description

A nw-se wall (007) within a foundation trench. Two further walls (009 and 011) and associated foundation trenches were found perpendicular to this. Wall 009 was brick and 0.6m wide. Wall 011 was limestone and brick. The remnants of another brick wall (014) were found adjacent to wall 009. Parallel to wall 007 on the northwest side was a linear feature, probably a drain, 0.72m wide an 0.5m deep. Formerly part of the garden arrangement, associated with present 19th century house. (1)
