Full Description

Subject to an Article 4 Direction (Newark and Sherwood District Council 1983).
Brick-built Terrace of 4 cottages (107, 109, 111 113).
The terrace (2018) has a central passage way with rubbed brick rounded arch. The 2 cottages arrange symetrically either side of this centralpassage. Each, 2 storey cottage has a panelled timber front door with overlight with 3 lights, above with are rubbed-brick flat arches. The ground and upper floor both have multi-light timber sash windows under rubbed-brick flat arches. Each cottage has a well preserved boot scraper. The roof is of slate tile and has 2 gable end stacks and 2 ridge stacks.
