Subject to an Article 4 direction (Newark and Sherwwod District Council).
Two-storey double-fronted rendered townhouse. Central planelled door with large retangular overlight flanked by multi-light timber sash window to the left with a decorative keystone to the lintel with the intialial 'H' and 'C' intertwined. and a Upvc door to the right, both with painted stone dressings. The upper storey has two replacement Upvc windows with painted stone dressings. Bow sash timber window with painted timber skirt and decorative painted corbels. Slate tile roof with gable end stacks. The render to the left-hand-side of the building is scored to represent ashlar stonework.
