Corner plot of William Street and Balderton Gate. Brick-built, part rendered under a slate tile roof with ridge stack. Elevation to Balderton Gate is part rendered and has 2 timber ground-floor casement windows. The upper storey has one replacement Upvc window and one infilled window under flat stone arches with keystones and stone cills. Elevation to William Street: Left-hand-side is part-rendered with 2 casement windows. The upper-storey has one timber sash and one infilled window under flat stone arches with keystones. The right-hand-side of the William Street elevation is symetrical with 2 timber sashes to the groud floor and 1 timber sash and 1 Upcv replacement window to the upper storey, all under flat stone arches with keystones and stone cills.
