Full Description

Corner building with interesting gable, built late nineteenth century. Although the windows are now made from UPVC, the original style has been retained. (1)
Building dates from between 1879 and 1900 according to OS maps. Gable is very ornate and unusual in the area. Not rendered with original brickwork is on show. Original slate roof covering along with interestingly high chimney. UPVC windows, despite being in original style detract somewhat from overall feel of the building. (NCC notes 1)
Locally Listed by Ashfield District Council (ADC Ref: 570) (1).
